He was brought to this world by Mr and Mrs G.O Fadipe of blessed memory at Iye Ekiti. Little Ayo attended christ's church school Ijero Ekiti, L.A primary school Erijiyan Ekiti and Emmanuel Anglican primary school Ado Ekiti between 1960 and 1966, he proceeded to christ's school Ado Ekiti in January 1967, completed the school certificate in December 1971. He attended Christ's school for his higher school certificate between 1972 and 1973, gained admission to University of Ibadan in 1975 and graduated with B.sc (hons) physics. He had his n.y.s.c at Uyo college of Education cross River state between 1978 and 1979, he was employed as a teacher and posted to Aquinas college Akure between 1979 and may 1980. He was employed by the ministry of lands and housing Akure,Ondo state in may 1980,he attended Survey School Oyo between september 1980 and july 1982 and also had his postgraduate diploma in surveying at University of Lagos between 1983 and 1985, he lectured at the college of education Ikere Ekiti between 1985 and 1989 and he returned to the ministry in 1989 where he left volountarily in 1994. He began private practice on January 1995 till date.
